With rumors swirling before the expected announcement of the iPhone 5 today, one of many upgrades being discussed is a longer battery life for the popular device. It’s without question iPhone user’s squirm as 10% life notifications pop-up regularly unless the device is plugged in regularly. But according to the reports Apple will be adding 40% more juice with a larger battery to increase time needed between charges.
Even with extended battery life, there still will be a problem with iPhone’s and smartphones in general with time between charging being insufficient. Everpurse, by Chicago native Elizabeth Day Ormesher Salcedo believes a lady shouldn’t have to sacrifice fashion to be practical with an iPhone charger. The clunky iPhone charging accessories aren’t the most sensible items for a woman on the go.
That’s why Elizabeth, a social worker, and her husband, a serial technology entrepreneur, along with clutch manufacturers have created a slim removable charging panel to fit in sleek and stylish handbag. There won’t be a need for portable chargers or multiple cords dangling out of a bag anymore.
The bags come as purses, clutches and in various materials to go with every outfit, but more importantly will keep your smartphone charged. Available for $129 and up on Kickstarter.
