What happens when you invite an incredible list of talented animators together to develop ideas on a single theme? You get an amazing list of awe inspiring and creative ideas brought to life, that’s what happens. Yule Log 2.0 is a must visit site for you today, not necessarily a startup but a showcase of how greatness can be brought together to benefit us all.
The site shares a collection of short films by illustrators, animators, directors, and creative coders. Curated by Daniel Savage and built by the Wondersauce team, contributors re-image the Yule Log which first became a fixture in our lives when televised by WPIX-TV in 1966.
Some of our favorites are the works by Yussef Cole, Erica Gorochow, and Joshua Goodrich. We can’t link directly to their films, but be sure to search them out on Yule Log 2.0. We’re sure the list of imaginative films will only grow, so check in often.
