Galactic Collective is a community of the best digital creatives nearby. They help agencies, recruiters, and brands quickly identify the best creative talent they can hire locally.
How It Works
1. Invited creatives join and create a profile.
After receiving an invite to the Galactic Collective, creatives are asked to build their profile, which includes uploading a portfolio, pictures, their location, blog posts & content as well as change their current availability (Contracted, Available, Busy, Full-Time).
2. Galactic Collective fosters a community.
Invited creatives join an online community where they can chat with each other, follow each other, endorse each other’s work and offer each other support when needed. Creatives can form teams and recommend other creatives so clients know who works best with who. If any client or creative needs help drafting contracts, pitching, pricing etc. the internal Galactic Collective team is there to help.
3. Companies can login and browse local creatives.
Companies sign up for a subscription, build out their company profile and start searching for awesome creatives. The search is based upon location, keywords, and skill set. Evaluate creatives based upon their profile, portfolio, and past client reviews and add them to your dashboard lists to organize and contact later.
4. Creatives and companies communicate directly.
Creatives and clients are encouraged to talk directly. Email a client or creative directly to negotiate deliverables, contracts etc. Galactic does not charge transaction fees and is happy to provide support for both parties.
