Financials OnTap is an innovative marketplace for hiring elite Finance Consultants on a per project basis. Our proprietary platform matches our best-in-class experts with the specific project needs of our clients. We work with growing companies, ranging from startups to the Fortune 500, to provide a flexible, cost-effective, and high-quality alternative to full-time hiring. Our platform allows you to get started in days, not weeks, and pay only upon completion.
Growing companies too often fail because they did not have any finance support, such as; cash flow and burn rate tracking, financial projections, or pricing and competitor analysis . Unfortunately, until now, the options to find finance support when needed was an arduous and painful process, and the limited options in the market were unacceptable; full-time hiring is extremely time-consuming and risky (i.e. 1 bad hire can destroy a company) , staffing agencies supply terrible talent at even worse prices, and outsourced CFOs offer bundled pricing and require monthly retainers – all but ensuring the client pays for services they don’t need or want. Financials OnTap provides the viable alternative in the market to help companies grow.

Adam has extensive knowledge of Finance, Accounting, & Operations. He began his career in banking with the now defunct Lehman Brothers analyzing the performance of select private equity partnerships. Adam was previously in Silicon Valley and worked with enterprise software startups, 2 of which went through an IPO.

Niki has 15+ experience in finance, sales operations and data analytics in the education, research, medical devices and hospitality industries. She focuses on integrating data and processes to build partnerships.
Christopher Orandello – MBA – New York University Stern School of Business- BS – St. John’s University
Chris has over 25 years experience in operations, sales and marketing and the C-level. Previously, Chris founded 2 successful startups and has been a Strategic Consultant & Growth Advisor to numerous early stage companies.

Who are your competitors? And what is your start-up’s competitive advantage over them?:
Our primary competitor is full-time hiring – companies are still hiring new employees because until now there has not been an acceptable alternative in the market. Full-time hiring is a risky proposition for any company, especially a startup, because of the time it takes to interview, hire, train, and try to retain only to have that person leave or not work out in 6 months.
We also compete with turn-key and fractional CFO services. Our product is superior for a host of reasons – we have better talent at a lower cost, this is because we have little to no overhead and work on a per project basis. We do all our work on a per project basis to ensure the client get exactly what is wanted and is only paying for what is needed. Every other option in the market is going to have a bundled offering which is similar to the cable company requiring you to pay for channels and services you don’t want or need.
