We spend countless hours in Gmail responding to startup submissions, talking with you, and generally staying up to date on our comings and goings at New-Startups.com. For us and many of you, Gmail is not just a place for reading and replying to emails, it’s a chat room, place to pass notes and a hub for everything.
One of our tendencies in our offices has been to write down quick notes down on paper because we’re too overrun with things to do to worry about using a third party application for note taking. Sticky changes all of that by integrating simple and useful note taking features right into GChat. By signing into the note taking platform with your Gmail account Sticky puts notes right into your buddy list.

You can quickly write down your thoughts and use simple commands to tag and organize notes, or create separate notebooks to keep track of all your ideas in a very simple and easy to use interface. The notes you take can also be edited upon and further developed right inline with your Sticky notebook. With integration with GChat, you simply accept Sticky’s friend request, open up the chat dialogue and what ever you type to Sticky will be saved as a note in your notebook.
Sticky is a very clever way to keep us using our favorite application, but enhancing the experience very simply with a note taking feature that has only the essential bells and whistles. If you take notes and are in Gmail constantly, you must try Sticky!
