In a few sentences, tell us what your start-up is all about!:
We’re a subscription box service that prints recipes from popular food bloggers on high-quality cardstock that’s laminated and mailed each month along with grocery coupons, promo codes and discounts to merchants and vendors related to cuisine and cooking, and giveaways from our partners. A portion of all proceeds goes towards nonprofits that send food and supplies to disadvantaged kids across the globe.

Let us know a bit about your team, who are the key team members and what is their role?:
Paul Andersen started and used to run 2 Non-Profits, one that sends books to prisoners all over the USA, and another that organizes homeless feedings in downtown San Diego. Paul has an engineering degree and thus he has a lot of coding and innovative design experience and has won design awards. He published research from a massive computational biology project in the Nature Biotechnology scientific journal. He used to be a Day-Trader and Investor. He also has a nursing degree and works part time as an RN to support his wife, himself, and their puppy.
Nate Wisan is a 1st Lieutenant in the Marine Corps as an Infantry Commander and his recent years include working as a top level Project Manager for Mitsubishi Elevators and also Schindler Elevators, where he managed multi-million dollar contracts for huge projects managing hundreds of workers. He also has an economics background and worked in media and publication too. One of his Commander Officers runs the very successful thegainzbox.com and was the source of all their subscription service mentorship.
Peter Wisan is Nate’s brother and is also a 1st Lieutenant in the Marine Corps as an Adjutant currently undergoing a transfer to Tank Division Commander. He has a really diverse background that is difficult to summarize but he and Paul spearhead their company’s Innovation projects and patents. He is also a screenwriter, musical artist, film producer, and creative lead for several films undergoing production now.
Robin Andersen is Paul’s wife and is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She started and operates PaidMFTInternships.com which is the most centralized location on the Web for searching for paid MFT internships. Her project is growing really quickly and successfully. She contributes to the team’s other projects in a variety of ways.
Why did you choose this particular idea and concept to build your start-up on?:
People that subscribe to the service save loads of time searching for recipes to cook because they’re having content delivered to them every month. They Why did you choose this particular idea and concept to build your start-up on?:also save money because not only would it cost them much more to print and laminate/preserve therecipes themselves, but alsbeo all the coupons and discounts enclosed with the recipes will save them a bundle of money. By subscribing, customers will receive a ton of value as each package is worth double it’s monthly cost.
