Over cooked, under cooked, not enough salt, or just down right Yuk! A few have been lucky enough to be adorned with the skills to cook, for everyone else we can now rely on the Range. Providing mobile alerts to your smartphone when food is almost ready, the smart thermometer measures and records temperature of anything you want. The intelligent device makes it possible to walk away from a turkey to take care of all the other things in your lives because dinner is being measured precisely by Range.
The application and device saves temperature graphs in recipe folders so you can gauge if you were right or wrong and learn to make the perfectly cooked meal. To ensure the precise output of information the designers at Supermechanical took a more reliable approach to the Range. Instead of having to use wireless technology, Range comes with a cable and uses smartphone connectivity, but using such materials allowed them to use thermometer components that are plain better.
Supermechanical is known for their home-monitoring devices with the acclaimed Twine, and they brought that brilliance to Range with a Kickstarter campaign – single Ranges start at $49. Once ordered Range will come preloaded with temperature graphs for the essential cooking tasks with more on the way. Range is a device that hopes to make the cooking process much less frustrating by making certain you get the alerts to avoid disaster.
