Presenting itself as a one-stop solution for all home décor needs, Foyr.com makes use of 3D design and augmented realty, enabling people to design their interiors online on their site within minutes and later execute them in collaboration with experts associated with the site.
The Hyderabad-based start-up has secured funding of $1 million from Astarc Ventures and Brick Eagle, and now is in the process of bringing together architects, designers, and retailers on to the online platform.
They are empowering the consumer with the right tools and information to create and execute their own designs. Users can experiment with various patterns, colours, textures, material, and product options to get the actual feel of placement, space utilization, and theme in their ‘real’ living environment.
A user can virtually design his or her living space with furniture, fixtures, paints, and colour schemes. They would also get an idea of cost estimates. Various pre-designed spaces facilitate customers to explore options on the site before deciding what suits them. It has a collection of over 3,000 products and is associated with 80-plus brands.
The company, formerly known as Renderlogy.com, has launched operations in Hyderabad, and plans to expand to 16 cities in the country and later roll out its services in other markets.
