There are two tools that we think are outstanding for scheduling and intermittently sending out Tweets throughout the day: Timely and Buffer, but what about for email? Right Inbox enables users to schedule emails to be sent at any time from Gmail. Built as a browser extension, once installed a discrete “Send Later” button is added to your Gmail interface.
We are used to constant contacts and quick responses to emails and it’s usually expected in our “give me now” world. But there are many reasons why one may want to respond back or send out emails in a delayed format. You can schedule emails for special occasion’s months in advance, reminders for yourself, or to create a self made email drip for communications with prospects.
If you want a system to help schedule emails, Right Inbox is the easiest solution to implement right away without hindering your current workflow. Currently free in beta, the plugin works amazingly for what it sets out to accomplish. Right Inbox is also improving its product to include more features like response tracking, improvements for sending large files, finding bulky attachments, email marketing and more. Watch the video below to see how it works.
