Parcl is a community-based shopping concierge and delivery system. They pair up “shoppers” in need of assistance with purchasing in overseas shops or even physical locations with “forwarders” who are able to buy and ship products.
How It Works
When someone registers as a shopper at Parcl, they can post a delivery or shopping assistance request privately or publicly, and choose the delivery options and additional services to fit their needs. Besides helping shoppers save money, this allows customizing the delivery solution through two-way communication between forwarder and shopper. Forwarders may offer assistance with placing the order at the store, consolidating multiple packages into one, filling out Customs declarations, photographing and checking.

Specify what products and from what stores you would like to buy, and receive delivery service offers from our forwarders
Pay for delivery
Select the best offer and pay for delivery. The forwarder will get the items you ordered and send them to you.
Check contents
When your order arrives at the package center, the forwarder will photograph its contents, check the items for visible defects and send you a report. Once you confirm the contents are okay, the forwarder will send the package to you.
Receive your items
You will receive your ordered items no later than the date specified by the forwarder. If your package gets delayed, the forwarder will refund the money you paid for delivery.
Forwarders
Forwarders are individuals or companies able to provide shopping assistance and package forwarding services to shoppers for some extra cash.
Set up an account
Register as a forwarder and fill out your possible delivery methods, additional service prices and countries you are able to deliver to.
Receive private or public assistance requests
You can either receive private requests from shopper and provide an offer in return or browse the public requests and bid along with other forwarders to get a new customer.
Chat and make a deal
Talk with your shopper through the details using the messages system and get the shopping and delivery deal set.
Get paid and ship
You will receive a full amount of the negotiated deal to your account including shipping costs. Perform any additional services and don’t forget to check them up on your to-do list.
